TENERIFE – MOSCOW-Russia – July / Aug. 2011
From Santa Cruz de Tenerife I embarked the car on the cargo ship, destination; the port of Seville. My little sleek Fiat500 reached Seville on July 15, 2011. The trip started on the 19th of July and wound up on European roads to Moscow after 7053 km. Ivan my co-pilot met me in Barcelona we went throughSpain, France, Monaco, Italy and Bergamo. In Bergamo my brother Giampaolo joined me as a co-pilot and we traveled together through Austria, Czech Republic, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Russia, and the return journey through Ukraine, Hungary, Slovenia, Italy, Republic of San Marino, Vatican to resume the road from Genoa back to Seville.
The return trip from the Kremlin Square in Moscow to Seville scored in 5,109 km. The round trip was in total almost 13.000 km. My Fiat 500 consumed over 50 full tanks of petrol (650 lt.), 2 tires, 15 liters of motor oil, two front wheel bearings, a cylinder head gasket with its correction and a distributor.
In the images of the gallery, with some notes in the captions, I’ll tell you of that unforgettable journey that lasted 33 days.
